【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftininvegetablefoodspreservedincansbyflameatomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS).Thismethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofextractabletininfruitsandvegetablesandcollaborativelytestedinconcentrationsfrom25mg/kgto350mg/kg.Itisamethodfordeterminationoftinincannedfruitandvegetablescontaminatedwithmigratedtinfromthecan.Themethodcanbeappliedwiththeprescribedamountofsampletoproductswithamaximumtotaldrymatterof30%.Productswithhighertotalsolidcontentsmaybeanalysedusingsampleamountslessthan30%aftercorrespondingdilutionwithdeionisedwater.
