【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesatestmethodtodeterminetherelativeflammabilityoffluidswhencontactedwithahotmetalsurfaceatafixedtemperature,butitisalsopossibletogaugefluidignitiontemperaturesbyadjustmentofthemanifoldtemperature.Itisprimarilyusedtoassesstheresistancetoignitionoffire-resistanthydraulicfluidswhichare,bydefinition,difficulttoignite.Itmaybeusedwithothertypesofmoreflammablefluidsatlowersurfacetemperatures,butthiscouldsignificantlyincreasethehazardsofthisprocedure.NOTETheproceduregiveninthisInternationalStandardisspecifiedinISO12922:1999,Lubricants,industrialoilsandrelatedproducts(classL)—FamilyH(Hydraulicsystems)—SpecificationsforcategoriesHFAE,HFAS,HFB,HFC,HFDRandHFDU.
