【摘要】:ThisstandardintendstodefineenvironmentalconditionswithinEurope.NOTEcanalsobeappliedelsewherebyagreement.Thescopeofthisstandardcoverstheuseofonboardelectrical,electromechanicalandelectronicequipmentforrollingstock,forthefollowingparameters:Altitude,Temperature,Humidity,Airmovement,Rain,Snowandhail,Ice,Solarradiation,Lightning,Pollution,Vibrationsandshocks,Electromagneticinterferenceenvironment,Acousticnoiseenvironment,Supplysystemcharacteristics.Inparticularthestandarddefines:-interfaceconditionsbetweenthevehicleanditsenvironment;-generalenvironmentalrulesfortheequipmentofrollingstock,especiallyforthemainsub-systems(level3-definedbyR009-003ofavehicle(cubicles,cabling,largecomponents,etc.).InthisrespectitgivesgeneralguidanceinordertoallowthefairnessofbidassessmentsintheprocessofEuropeanProjects.Thedefinedenvironmentalconditionsareconsideredasnormalinservice;occasionallymoresevereconditionsmaybespecified.Microclimatessurroundingcomponentsmaybedefinedbyrelevantproductstandardsorbyspecialrequirements.Thisstandardisnotintendedtoapplytocranes,miningvehicles,cablecars.Passengereffectsontheequipmentandequipmenteffectonthepassengersarenotconsideredinthisstandard.
