【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformancelevelsforadhesivestobeusedinfingerjointsinnonstructuralbondedlumbeproducts.Suchproductsinclude,butarenotlimitedto,interiorandexteriormouldings,windowanddoorcomponentsorparts,andbondedlumberpanels.Adhesivesthatmeettherequirementsofthevariousperformanceclassesareconsideredcapableofprovidinganadequatebondforuseundertheconditionsdescribedfortheclass.Thisspecificationisintendedtobeusedtoevaluateadhesivesaswellastheadhesivebondsinthefingerjoints.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothermoformingmachinesforcontinuoussheetandsinglesheetsofthermoplasticsmaterials,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhichareforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Athermoformingmachinemayconsistofaformingunitoraformingunitlinkedtooneormoreadditionalunits.Thisstandardcoversthefollowingunits:--continuoussheetunwindunit;--singlesheetfeedunit;--materialintake;--conveyingequipment;--heatingunit;--preheatingunit;--edgeheatingunit;--componentfeeding/insertingunit;--formingstation;--finishingstation;--stackingstation;--dischargestation;--residualsheetwindingunit;--sheetcuttingunit.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplytounitsmountedupstreamordownstreamofthethermoformingmachine:--whichhaveaseparatecontrolsystem;and/or--arelocatedseparately.NOTE1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsformachinessuppliedasasingleformingunitoranumberofunitsdesignedtooperateasasinglemachine.Additionalunitsthatmaybeintroducedatalaterstageshouldbeconsideredseparatelyapplyingrelevantstandardsandtakingintoaccountanyhazardsarisingthroughtheirinteractionwiththethermoformingmachine.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytounitswhichareintegratedintoform,fillandsealmachines.ThesearecoveredinEN415-3:1999.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotapplytounitswhichincorporateheatingsystemswhicharefuelledbygas.NOTE2Thermoformingmachinesgenerallydonotcreateexplosiveatmospheres.InprincipletheythereforecorrespondwithlineFofTable2oftheATEXGuidelineandconsequentlydonotfallwithinthescopeofDirective94/9/EC.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothermoformingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
