【摘要】:ThismethodisforthedeterminationofcomponentsinzeolitesbyInductivelyCoupledPlasma-AtomicEmissionSpectroscopy(ICP-AES).Althoughthedeterminationofsilicon(Si),aluminum(Al),sodium(Na),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),iron(Fe),titanium(Ti),magnesium(Mg),phosphorus(P)andlithium(Li)isspecificallyaddressed,manyotherelements,includingtracecontaminants,canalsobedetermined.However,barium(Ba)andlead(Pb)cannotbedeterminedinthedigestduetotheformationofinsolublesulfates.Bariumcanbedeterminedfromthefusionsolutionwithaquantitationlimitofapproximately0.01mass-%.Thismethodissuitableforsamplescontaininglessthan40mass-%alumina(Al2O3)andlessthan65mass-%silica(SiO2);however,itcanbereadilyexpandedtosampleswithothersilica/aluminaratiosutilizingthesameapproachasdescribedherein.Zirconium(Zr)atlevelsaboveaboutonemass-%caninterferewiththeanalysisforaluminumwhenusingsomeinstruments,unlessanalternativewavelengthisused.Precisionisabout1to2%relativestandarddeviationforelementspresentatconcentrationsgreaterthan0.1mass-%,andmassbalancesbetween98.5and101.5mass-%arereportedonavolatile-freebasis.Precisionbelow0.1mass-%doesnotexceed10%relativedowntothequantitationlimitslistedinTable2.
